Systems
Pick the system by what the floor has to take.
Same three working layers every time. What changes is the base — and we don’t choose it until we have measured your slab.
The stack
Three working layers. One decision.
Every floor we install is built the same way: a base, a full flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat. The only real choice is what goes down first — and we make that call after we test your slab, not before.
Cutaway — top of floor down to slab
Polyaspartic topcoat
UV and chemical resistant, and easy to clean. This is the layer that takes the traffic.
Full flake broadcast
The color and texture you see. Broadcast across the whole floor, then scraped smooth.
Base coat — epoxy, polyurea or polyaspartic
The bond to your slab, and the only layer that changes from job to job. Epoxy for most garages, polyurea for the premium install, polyaspartic where the floor sits in the sun. All three are high-solids coats.
Moisture vapor barrier — when necessary
Not a separate product. An extra layer added under the epoxy or polyurea base, only when moisture readings run high.
Your concrete
Ground flat and repaired first. Everything above it is only as good as what is underneath.
We test for moisture on every job before anything goes down.
The base coat
Epoxy, polyurea or polyaspartic. We choose after we measure.
All three are complete systems, and all three carry the same full flake broadcast and the same polyaspartic topcoat. The difference is what bonds to your slab, and whether the floor lives in the sun.
Most garages
Epoxy base
The workhorse. A thicker build that fills and forgives minor surface imperfections, which is why it suits most residential garages and older slabs.
- Best for
- Everyday garages, workshops and slabs that have seen some wear.
- Getting back in
- A standard install. We give you the return-to-service window in writing before we start.
Premium
Polyurea base
The premium base. It cures fast, so the space is back in service sooner, and it is the base we reach for when the schedule is tight.
- Best for
- Floors that cannot be out of action long.
- Getting back in
- The quickest turnaround we offer. We confirm your timing on site.
Outdoor · UV-stable
Polyaspartic base
The outdoor base. Polyaspartic is UV-stable, so a floor that sits in the sun holds its color from the base up instead of ambering the way epoxy and polyurea do outdoors.
- Best for
- Patios, porches, pool decks, steps and any slab with no roof over it.
- Getting back in
- Fast cure, weather permitting. We confirm timing on site around the forecast.
We recommend after we measure. Moisture readings, the condition of your slab, how fast you need the space back and whether the floor sits outdoors all change the answer — that is what the in-home consultation is for.
Under the base
High solids. A vapor barrier when the slab needs it.
High solids, every base
Epoxy, polyurea and polyaspartic bases are high-solids systems. Very little flashes off as it cures, so the film you see wet is close to the film you get, and the bond into the ground concrete is the full thickness of the coat.
Moisture vapor barrier, when necessary
When moisture readings on the bare slab run high, a moisture vapor barrier goes down first under the epoxy or the premium polyurea base. It is decided by the reading at the consultation, not added by default and not skipped to save a step.
Finishes
Sample blends.

Where it fits
From garages to industrial.
The same stack works across very different jobsites. What changes is the prep, the base we choose, and how much floor there is to cover.

Pricing
Projects start at $2,500.
Confirmed on site after we measure the slab and take a moisture reading.
Every number we give you comes after we have measured the space and tested the slab. No guesses over the phone.
What changes the price
- Square footage
- The condition of your concrete
- Moisture readings
- Stem walls, steps and edges
