We coat garages to industrial — shops, steel buildings, wash and drain bays, warehouses and production floors. An epoxy or polyurea base, a full flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat built to be cleaned rather than babied.

Shops and service bays
Lifts, jack stands, dropped tools and solvent. Coated to the wall so there is no raw edge to chip.
Steel buildings
Large open spans finished in one continuous run of flake, so there is no seam down the middle of the floor.
Wash and drain bays
Coated up to and around the drain, with the slope kept intact so water still goes where it should.
Warehouses and storage
Racking, pallet jacks and foot traffic. Flake hides the dust between cleans.
Production floors
Areas that have to be washed down and put back to work the same week.

Working around you
Your floor goes down without shutting the building.
Phased areas
We rope off and coat in sections so the rest of the floor keeps working. You keep a path in and out the whole time.
Off-hours and weekends
Nights, weekends and shutdown windows are normal for us. We schedule around production, not the other way round.
Clean job sites
Dust-shrouded grinding, vacuumed between steps and everything masked. We leave with the space swept.
Durability
Built to be cleaned, not babied.
A polyaspartic topcoat is the working surface. The flake underneath gives it body, and the sealed top is what you mop, hose or scrub.
Chemical resistance
Oil, brake fluid, road salt and most shop chemicals sit on the topcoat instead of soaking into the slab. Wipe them up and the floor looks the same as it did.
Abrasion resistance
Forklift wheels, pallet jacks, jack stands and dragged steel. The coating takes the wear so the concrete underneath stays intact.
Easy to clean
Hose it, squeegee it, or run a scrubber over it. There is no grout line and no open pore for dirt and dust to settle into.
We do not publish performance numbers we have not run on your slab. Ask and we will send the manufacturer data sheets for the exact system we would spec for the building.

Atlanta and the surrounding area is home base. For larger commercial and industrial floors we travel — tell us where the building is and roughly how many square feet, and we will come and look at it.
